Can We Guess Your Weight?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic Can we guess how sporty are you? Sports plays a significant role in the mental and physical health of a human being. More importantly, the inclusion of sports in our childhood years plays a significant role. If you are someone who doesn’t values sports then rest assured you will not lead a healthy life. If you are child is interested in sports then don’t treat it as time-waste and unworthy of meaningful experience.

Participating in sports during the early years of childhood sets a positive attitude towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you don’t want your child to face negative consequences of a sedentary lifestyle then encourage him/her to participate in sports because that sets the seeds of being a healthy individual.

There are many other things to be considered in life other than sports but still in my opinion sports is very important. It is seen that regular sports player have a healthy heart. It makes the heart stronger and sportspersons are almost certainly at a reduced risk of heart diseases. It also helps in reducing cholesterol which would further improve the quality of life.

Life is very short in my opinion. Don’t make it shorter by not taking participating in sports. By participation, I don’t mean to sit at home and watch ESPN. I am saying to go out and play. Sports also helps to increase the lung capacity of the body. It also helps you to maintain your body weight which is again a problem in modern society. Obesity is one of those silent killers that no one recognizes. So we need to think about it for a bit and play.

I hope you enjoyed my short writeup. If you are a sportsperson and have some additional insights then I would love to hear you. Feel free to share it down in the comments below. Also, I would suggest everyone to research on the importance of sports in our lives. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family.

“I live in a world without magic or miracles. A place where there are no clairvoyants of shapeshifters, no angels or superhuman boys to save you. A place where people die and music disintegrates and things suck. I am pressed so hard against the earth by the weight of reality that some days I wonder how I am still able to lift my feet and walk.”

“Constantly stopping to explain oneself may expand into a frustrating burden for the rare individual, so ceasing to do so is like finally dropping the weights and sprinting towards his goals. Those who insincerely misunderstand, who intentionally distort the motives of a pure-intentioned individual, then, no longer have the opportunity to block his path; instead, they are the ones left to stand on the sidelines shouting frustratedly in the wind of his trail.”
― Criss Jami, Killosophy

“Fat-bashing in all its varied forms–criticism, exclusion, shaming, fat talk, self-deprecation, jokes, gossip, bullying–is one of the last acceptable forms of prejudice. From a very young age, before they can walk away or defend themselves, women are taught that they are how they look, not what they do or what they know. (1)”

“I want to change my life…except I sort of like it. I mean, I couldn’t be more delighted every Monday night after Fletch goes to bed when I come downstairs, pull up the Bachelor on TiVo, drink Riesling, and eat cheddar/port wine Kaukauna cheese without freakign out over fat grams. I’m perpetually in a good mood because I do everything I want. I love having the freedom to skip the gym to watch a Don Knots movie on the Disney Channel without a twinge of guilt. I’ve figured out how to not be beholden to what other people believe I should be doing, and when the world tells me I ought to be a size eight, I can thumb my nose at them in complete empowerment.”
