Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic Can we guess how sporty are you? Sports plays a significant role in the mental and physical health of a human being. More importantly, the inclusion of sports in our childhood years plays a significant role. If you are someone who doesn’t values sports then rest assured you will not lead a healthy life. If you are child is interested in sports then don’t treat it as time-waste and unworthy of meaningful experience.

Participating in sports during the early years of childhood sets a positive attitude towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you don’t want your child to face negative consequences of a sedentary lifestyle then encourage him/her to participate in sports because that sets the seeds of being a healthy individual.

There are many other things to be considered in life other than sports but still in my opinion sports is very important. It is seen that regular sports player have a healthy heart. It makes the heart stronger and sportspersons are almost certainly at a reduced risk of heart diseases. It also helps in reducing cholesterol which would further improve the quality of life.

Life is very short in my opinion. Don’t make it shorter by not taking participating in sports. By participation, I don’t mean to sit at home and watch ESPN. I am saying to go out and play. Sports also helps to increase the lung capacity of the body. It also helps you to maintain your body weight which is again a problem in modern society. Obesity is one of those silent killers that no one recognizes. So we need to think about it for a bit and play.
