How Stressed Are You?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic How stressed are you? Morning habits are the ones which I would advise you to look into if you are someone who is constantly under stress during the course of the day. Stress has become an integral part of our modern lifestyle. It just doesn’t seems to end.

This is one of the major contributing factor in various life-threatening diseases like cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and many such diseases. You might have seen many people dying in their 50s while if you see someone living in the remote areas, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities then you might find that their average age is much higher than the ones living in cities. There are many people who die early due to this very fact and leave behind their families. It is too tough for the families to cope up with the financial stress and it leaves a huge impact on the children. Children have a stressed life right from their childhood and they seem to never come out of it. They might have to leave their studies if the person was not too well off.

It is disheartening to see such things. But we should not lose hope and we should continue fighting the tough times in our lives. The children should use that crisis as an opportunity and use it to learn several different things like managing finance, learning the rules of the money, retirement plans and also to better prepare for next such calamity. We should always hope for the best and we should always be prepared for the worst. If you don’t do then there might be several different problems.

I hope you liked my short article. If you have any further insights into the topic then feel free to share it down in the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family. There are many such articles coming your way.

“I was a little excited but mostly blorft. “Blorft” is an adjective I just made up that means ‘Completely overwhelmed but proceeding as if everything is fine and reacting to the stress with the torpor of a possum.’ I have been blorft every day for the past seven years.”
― Tina Fey, Bossypants

“In times of stress, the best thing we can do for each other is to listen with our ears and our hearts and to be assured that our questions are just as important as our answers.”
― Fred Rogers, The World According to Mister Rogers: Important Things to Remember

“Not all addictions are rooted in abuse or trauma, but I do believe they can all be traced to painful experience. A hurt is at the centre of all addictive behaviours. It is present in the gambler, the Internet addict, the compulsive shopper and the workaholic. The wound may not be as deep and the ache not as excruciating, and it may even be entirely hidden—but it’s there. As we’ll see, the effects of early stress or adverse experiences directly shape both the psychology and the neurobiology of addiction in the brain.”
― Gabor Mate, In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters with Addiction

“Toxic relationships are dangerous to your health; they will literally kill you. Stress shortens your lifespan. Even a broken heart can kill you. There is an undeniable mind-body connection. Your arguments and hateful talk can land you in the emergency room or in the morgue. You were not meant to live in a fever of anxiety; screaming yourself hoarse in a frenzy of dreadful, panicked fight-or-flight that leaves you exhausted and numb with grief. You were not meant to live like animals tearing one another to shreds. Don’t turn your hair gray. Don’t carve a roadmap of pain into the sweet wrinkles on your face. Don’t lay in the quiet with your heart pounding like a trapped, frightened creature. For your own precious and beautiful life, and for those around you — seek help or get out before it is too late. This is your wake-up call!”
― Bryant McGill
