Many of the fans don’t know her full name that is Billie Eilish Pirate. Yeah, you read that right. She was born on 18th December 2001 in Los Angeles California. She is the daughter to Patrick O’Connell and Maggie Baird. She was homeschooled and grew up in artistic Highland Park Neighbourhood.

2. Hometown Glory

She joined the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus at the age of 8. She said in an interview that she had gotten her foundational singing technique from there only. She also told the interviewer that she had sung almost her entire life and family members had to shush her sometimes.

3. A strong sibling relationship

She has a very close relationship with her elder brother Finneas O’Connell. He helps her to write and produce music. He is a very famous musician and releases under the moniker Finneas. They apparently share the same taste when it comes to music. She is not wrong when she says “We are partners in crime”.

4.Her very first song that went viral

Billie Eilish’s first single was “Ocean Eyes”. This song was also written and produced by her brother Finneas. She sent it to her dance teacher who added some choreography to it and they uploaded it to SoundCloud. They re-released the song with Interscope Records which finally made it to the Billboard Hot 100. All this happened when she was just 15 years old.
