What Do You Value Most In Life?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic What do you value most in life? Home is one of the most beloved places of almost all human beings to be in. If we take into consideration the fact that most of the time we are in our office then you would feel more in love with your home. Modern lifestyle demands your most of the time and we often tend to spend little to no time with our family members.

It has been found in the longest ever research, carried over a period of 75 years that relationships are the most important factor when it comes to mental and physical health. You just can’t live a healthy life without having good relationships. It is astonishing to see that neither money nor fame or any other thing for that matter could bring happiness in your life.According to this research a person is considered to be truly successful if he/she has meaningful relationships. Yeah, I do agree that there are other aspects of happiness like financial freedom also adds to your happiness but I also agree with the study and believe that relationships hold a significant part in our lives.

If we don’t value our relationships then we might face health issues. It has also been found that most of the criminals have had a bad experience in their childhood and they have little to no interpersonal relationships. This dries their soul as there is just no one whom they could share their feelings with and have a good time. If you are also spending a majority of time in your office then it is time that you should consider to be at home and spend time with your family.

I hope you liked my short article. If you have any further insights into the topic then feel free to share it down in the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family.

“Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice. Whatever choice you make makes you. Choose wisely.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

“Don’t let the expectations and opinions of other people affect your decisions. It’s your life, not theirs. Do what matters most to you; do what makes you feel alive and happy. Don’t let the expectations and ideas of others limit who you are. If you let others tell you who you are, you are living their reality — not yours. There is more to life than pleasing people. There is much more to life than following others’ prescribed path. There is so much more to life than what you experience right now. You need to decide who you are for yourself. Become a whole being. Adventure.”
― Roy T. Bennett

“Even if you cannot change all the people around you, you can change the people you choose to be around. Life is too short to waste your time on people who don’t respect, appreciate, and value you. Spend your life with people who make you smile, laugh, and feel loved.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

“Perfectionism is the enemy of happiness. Embrace being perfectly imperfect. Learn from your mistakes and forgive yourself, you’ll be happier. We make mistakes because we are imperfect. Learn from your mistakes, forgive yourself, and keep moving forward.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
“Always believe in yourself and always stretch yourself beyond your limits. Your life is worth a lot more than you think because you are capable of accomplishing more than you know. You have more potential than you think, but you will never know your full potential unless you keep challenging yourself and pushing beyond your own self imposed limits.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
“You were not born on earth to please anyone; you have to live life to express yourself, not to impress someone. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not, and never lose yourself in search of other people’s acceptance and approval.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
