What Part Of The Day Are You?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic What part of the day are you? It is said that different parts of the day induce different feelings in humans. It is also dependent on many other factors for example personality. If you are someone who loves peace then you would love the late nights. At that time basically everything comes to a still and there is no one to disturb you. It is a perfect time for all those nerds to try out different new things or read.

If you could remain awake during night then you could learn a hell lot of different things. Now don’t force yourself in doing this. Some people could do this naturally. If you are one of them then it is good for you. Let us move to other parts of the day. For example, dawn is also one of the most interesting times of the day. It is one of the quietest hours of the day and you could be yourself during this time. Early morning is also a great time. You could do meditation and reflect upon your life and your decisions. You could also practice yoga or exercise since it is the recommended time for doing these things.

Don’t get me wrong other times are also proven to be as effective but many people recommend those early morning hours. The most important part of the moring is however the Breakfast. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Don’t cut short on your breakfast because it has been proven to have negative effects on your health. If you think that it is a waste of time then you could confirm it with doctors.

I hope you liked my short article. If you have any insights into the topic then feel free to share it down into the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family. I hope to see you in my next article.

“The dance between darkness and light will always remain— the stars and the moon will always need the darkness to be seen, the darkness will just not be worth having without the moon and the stars.”

“Some things seem to be viewed in similar ways by many people, and I think we should take another look at these and truly question them. In our search for our own truth we need to ensure that we are not acting like sheep, merely following the herd behaviour.
One of these areas is that things are often regarded as opposites, things like black and white, day and night, light and dark, are obvious examples. A more open view might say they are opposite sides of one coin. I would go a little further and suggest to you that they are actually part of the same thing. Just as the coin cannot exist without its two sides, I would suggest that our world cannot exist without these so called opposites because they give us a spectrum to exist in, a matrix, or framework, that stretches between the two extremes (or polarities) to include every variation of light and shade that we sense or experience in-between.”

“I always found in myself a dread of west and love of east. Where I ever got such an idea I cannot say, unless it could be that morning came over the peaks of the Gabilans and the night drifted back from the ridges of the Santa Lucias. It may be that the birth and death of the day had some part in my feeling about the two ranges of mountains.”
― John Steinbeck, East of Eden

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in day out Success is the not the thing we will find in a day.It takes continuous efforts and sacrifices to gain success in life. Your little efforts in a day create great differences in life.”
