What Type Of Dreamer Are You?

Hey there guys. How was your day. I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic what type of dreamer are you? Sleeping is one of the most important things. It is related to the healthy functioning of your body. If you don’t sleep properly then you might fall sick sooner or later. It has also been found that though the recommended sleep hours is 6-8 hours but the quality of sleep also does matters a lot. If you are someone who sleeps for 8 hours but the quality of sleep is not that great then my friend you are not having a proper sleep. Quality of sleep is defined by several different factors.

Like the first one is the obvious one and that is the number of hours that we should sleep and as I have said earlier it is 6-8 hours. The second thing is that how many times you wake up during your sleeping hours. If you wake up too many times then your sleep quality is very poor. The ideal condition is that you don’t wake up a single time during that time. It is considered as the best quality. Your sleeping position also matters a lot. If you are sleeping in a position that is causing problems in digestion then also the quality of sleep is considered poor. You could google for appropriate sleep positions and you could get it. Now one thing which many people don’t know is that if you dream a lot then also it is considered that you are not having a good quality sleep.

The simple reason being when you are dreaming you are actually in the REM stage which is also called the Rapid Eye Movement. It is considered that this stage you are at a very light sleep. There are even more deeper stages and that defines your quality.I hope you liked my short article. If you have any further insights into the topic then feel free to share it down in the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family.

“We live and breathe words. …. It was books that made me feel that perhaps I was not completely alone. They could be honest with me, and I with them. Reading your words, what you wrote, how you were lonely sometimes and afraid, but always brave; the way you saw the world, its colors and textures and sounds, I felt–I felt the way you thought, hoped, felt, dreamt. I felt I was dreaming and thinking and feeling with you. I dreamed what you dreamed, wanted what you wanted–and then I realized that truly I just wanted you.”
― Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“Yes, I was infatuated with you: I am still. No one has ever heightened such a keen capacity of physical sensation in me. I cut you out because I couldn’t stand being a passing fancy. Before I give my body, I must give my thoughts, my mind, my dreams. And you weren’t having any of those.”
― Sylvia Plath, The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath

“Some people see things that are and ask, Why?
Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not?
Some people have to go to work and don’t have time for all that.”
― George Carlin

“Ester asked why people are sad.
“That’s simple,” says the old man. “They are the prisoners of their personal history. Everyone believes that the main aim in life is to follow a plan. They never ask if that plan is theirs or if it was created by another person. They accumulate experiences, memories, things, other people’s ideas, and it is more than they can possibly cope with. And that is why they forget their dreams.”
― Paulo Coelho, The Zahir

“The biggest wall you have to climb is the one you build in your mind: Never let your mind talk you out of your dreams, trick you into giving up. Never let your mind become the greatest obstacle to success. To get your mind on the right track, the rest will follow.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

“Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete? Proving nature’s laws wrong, it learned to walk without having feet. Funny, it seems to by keeping it’s dreams; it learned to breathe fresh air. Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else even cared.”
― Tupac Shakur, The Rose That Grew from Concrete
