What Type Of Knowledge Is At Work In Your Mind?

Hey there guys. How was your day? I hope you all are doing well. Today we will be discussing an important topic What type of knowledge is at work in your mind? We have discussed it time and again that different people have different preferences and the motivation behind those preferences is also different. This is the reason we type them into a multitude of personality types. If you take a look at it you would find that they may have tons of similarities but at the end of the day they have tons of differences.

One thing which I would like to point out is that different personality types try to tell you different things about you. It might be very overwhelming at first to understand but the point is that you need to factor in these nuances because then only typology would help you in giving a few insights into the real you. You might question that how is it possible that I don’t know myself. But the point is that you are so trained in doing the things you do, the way you do that you never realize it. It is just like applying brakes in panic when you see the danger.

Your brain has programmed itself to do the least amount of work. It would do the bare minimum and try to save your energy. This is why we do most of the things by habit. It is to keep things on autopilot. There are many different things which come to my mind when we talk about personality types and we should be careful about it. We should factor in the nuances so that we could use the typology system with utmost accuracy. It is not meant to deceive us but to help us.

I hope you liked my short article. If you have any insights into the topic then feel free to share it down into the comments section below. Play the quiz as well and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family. I hope to see you in my next article.

“I consider that a man’s brain originally is like a little empty attic, and you have to stock it with such furniture as you choose. A fool takes in all the lumber of every sort that he comes across, so that the knowledge which might be useful to him gets crowded out, or at best is jumbled up with a lot of other things, so that he has a difficulty in laying his hands upon it. Now the skillful workman is very careful indeed as to what he takes into his brain-attic. He will have nothing but the tools which may help him in doing his work, but of these he has a large assortment, and all in the most perfect order. It is a mistake to think that that little room has elastic walls and can distend to any extent. Depend upon it there comes a time when for every addition of knowledge you forget something that you knew before. It is of the highest importance, therefore, not to have useless facts elbowing out the useful ones.”
― Arthur Conan Doyle, A Study in Scarlet

“When you’re socially awkward, you’re isolated more than usual, and when you’re isolated more than usual, your creativity is less compromised by what has already been said and done. All your hope in life starts to depend on your craft, so you try to perfect it. One reason I stay isolated more than the average person is to keep my creativity as fierce as possible. Being the odd one out may have its temporary disadvantages, but more importantly, it has its permanent advantages.”
― Criss Jami, Killosophy

“But when you’re in front of an audience and you make them laugh at a new idea, you’re guiding the whole being for the moment. No one is ever more him/herself than when they really laugh. Their defenses are down. It’s very Zen-like, that moment. They are completely open, completely themselves when that message hits the brain and the laugh begins. That’s when new ideas can be implanted. If a new idea slips in at that moment, it has a chance to grow.”
― George Carlin, Last Words

“She has man’s brain–a brain that a man should have were he much gifted–and woman’s heart. The good God fashioned her for a purpose, believe me when He made that so good combination.”
― Bram Stoker, Dracula
