What Type of Spouse Are You?

We are not always sure whether the attraction we feel towards a person is true love and worthy of time and efforts or is it merely infatuation. The future is uncertain and once the honeymoon phase ends we become unsure about whether or not do we have what makes a relationship perfect. There are several factors that assess the compatibility of people in a relationship, below mentioned are a few things you should keep me mind to know whether your significant other is the “one” or not.

If your values don’t align, be it about spirituality, personal growth or health, family then there will always be differences which in may make long-term difficult. Now as one cannot agree to everything, there will always be differences in areas like politics or religion, but you need to make sure that those different aren’t as important as your relationship. By making sure of it you at least try to avoid complications arising in the future.

“Like a child who saves their favourite food on the plate for last, I try to save all thoughts of you for the end of the day so I can dream with the taste of you on my tongue.”
― Kamand Kojouri

“It is not the hand that rocks the cradle that rules the world; it is the woman that holds the keys to the kingdom.”
― Shannon L. Alder

“Everybody has somebody. It could be a friend, a lover, a spouse, a writing partner, or even That One Person You See At The Coffee Shop each day. Sometimes they exist to comfort you. Sometimes they exist to drive you absolutely mad. Be open to either as a form of self-improvement.”
― Terry Pratchett

“Relationships never provide you with everything. They provide you with some things. You take all the things you want from a person – sexual chemistry, let’s say, or a good conversation, or financial support, or intellectual compatibility, or niceness, or loyalty – and you get to pick three of those things. Three – that’s it. Maybe four, if you’re very lucky. The rest you have to look for elsewhere. It’s only in the movies that you find someone who gives you all of those things. But this isn’t the movies. In the real world, you have to identify which three qualities you want to spend the rest of your life with, and then you look for those qualities in another person. That’s real life. Don’t you see it’s a trap? If you keep trying to find everything, you’ll wind up with nothing.”
