Which Decade Are You Meant For?

It is often found that the most unproductive people are those who don’t start their day with a plan. Every day they do just whatever they feel like to do. This leads to bad habits like binge-watching, chatting or playing games. Playing games is still has a benefit that it improves your hand-eye coordination. But the first two things has absolutely no benefit. Instead it could ruin your life if not controlled.

Our generation seems to ignore this fact and they continue to develop bad habits. Today America has the maximum number of obese people than ever. They have increased dramatically and they have grown unhealthy over the past few decades. We just don’t realize the fact that people who advise to us that eating those junk foods and packaged foods have little to no impact on our health. But the reality is that they are the shortcut to your death. If you don’t stop eating those kinds of food then you are highly likely to develop diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and even cancer.

Packaged foods are linked with higher probability of having cancer. It is just too dangerous and all the big companies will never tell you this. The reason behind it is that they churn out some shit load of money every day. Now if you die doing this the companies don’t give a dime. They are busy making their profits. They don’t care about you or your family. It is time that you should start giving importance to yourself. There are many things which we should consider if we have any bad habits.

the first time she’s seen sun
after a decade of winters.”

“Based on what I saw over a decade of medical treatment, you may be in serious trouble if you do not have knowledge of human health and biomedical systems.”

“I’m drawn to the 1950s for lots of reasons – everything from the fashion to the increasing sense of freedom and modernity that builds throughout the decade.”
― Sara Sheridan

“The fifties is a decade when every year is markedly different from the one before and after. That doesn’t happen every decade. 1983 isn’t that much different from 1986. But 1953 is very different from 1956.”
― Sara Sheridan

“At the age of 45, most days in Tucson were spent feeling like I was on the summit of Mauna Kea, as I was exhibiting debilitating health symptoms that corresponded to what I saw at very high altitude. I was later to find that I had erratic low blood oxygen levels after almost a decade of high altitude work.”
― Steven Magee

“After a decade of working in high altitude astronomy the medical profession discovered that I had a hole in my heart, erratic low blood oxygen levels and brain issues. Heart, lung and brain problems appear to be long term known adverse health aspects of high altitude work and unnatural electromagnetic radiation exposures.”
― Steven Magee, Health Forensics

“At the age of 46 I was starting to see the appearance of rainbow halos and starbursts around bright nighttime lights, problems reading small print, focusing issues with my eyes, and image recognition issues. I had been exposed to bright high powered 20 watt scattered sodium LASER light a decade earlier in very high altitude astronomy.”

“The amount of people I met that had heart problems surprised me in high altitude astronomy. I had not seen it in other fields. After a decade of working at high altitudes, I was also diagnosed with a heart problem.”
