Which Hogwart’s House do you belong to?

1.Gryffindor

Gryffindor values bravery, daring, and chivalry. Its emblematic animal is the Lion and the colors are yellow and Red. Minerva McGonagall is the Head of this House in the series. The House was founded by Godric Gryffindor. The common room of Gryffindor was located in one of the highest towers at Hogwarts. It is guarded by the Portrait of Fat Lady. She only allows someone if the password given is correct. The good thing about the password is that it is changed numerous times in the year. Famous members of this group includes Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and Minerva McGonagall.

2.Hufflepuff

Hufflepuff values hard work, dedication, patience, loyalty, and fair-play. The symbolic animal of the group is the Badger. The color of its emblem is yellow and black. The ex-Head of the House was Pomona Sprout. She was the professor of Herbology but the current Head is currently unknown. However, the house was founded by Helga Hufflepuff. There are many famous Hufflepuffs including Hengist of Woodcroft, Newt Scamander, and Artemisia Lufkin.

“Don’t forget to give Neville our love!’ Ginny told James as she hugged him.
‘Mum! I can’t give a professor love!’
‘But you know Neville-‘
James rolled his eyes.
‘Outside, yeah, but at school he’s Professor Longbottom, isn’t he? I can’t walk into Herbology and give him love….”
― J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

“Harry picked it up and stared at it, his heart twanging like a giant elastic band. No one, ever, in his whole life, had written to him. Who would? He had no friends, no other relatives — he didn’t belong to the library, so he’d never even got rude notes asking for books back. Yet here it was, a letter, addressed so plainly there could be no mistake:

Mr. H. Potter
The Cupboard under the Stairs
4 Privet Drive
Little Whinging
Surrey

― J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone

“Then he heard a terrible cry that pulled at his insides, that expressed agony of a kind that neither flame nor curse could cause, and he stood up, swaying, more frightened than he had been that day, more frightened, perhaps, than he had been in his whole life…”
― J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
“In this lifetime we are like Superman who must remain disguised as the nerdy newspaper journalist Clark Kent, or Harry Potter and his friends who are not allowed to do magic while they are on holiday, away from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry… but even Harry Potter and Clark Kent get to tap into their ‘special powers’ once in a while, especially when the going gets tough.”
