Emotions are a crucial part of our life! They are used for expressing almost everything you do. So, today in this quiz we will find out which “Inside Out” Emotion are you!
1. Joy
C. S. Lewis distinguished between joy, pleasure, and happiness as follows: “”I call it Joy, which is a technical term that must be distinguished both from Happiness and Pleasure,” and “I call it Joy, which is a technical term that must be distinguished both from Happiness and Pleasure.” Joy (in my opinion) has only one thing in common with them: anyone who has experienced it wants it again… If both were in his power, I doubt anyone who has tasted it would ever trade it for all the pleasures of the world. However, Joy is never within our control, whereas Pleasure is frequently.”
2. Anger
Anger, also known as wrath or rage, is a strong, uncomfortable, and non-cooperative emotional state triggered by a perceived provocation, hurt, or threat.
Physical effects of anger include a faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, and higher levels of adrenaline and nor-adrenaline. Anger is viewed by some as an emotion that activates the fight or flight response. When a person makes the conscious decision to take action to stop another outside force’s threatening behavior, anger becomes the dominant feeling behaviorally, cognitively, and physiologically. The English word anger is derived from an Old Norse word that means “angry.”
3. Fear
Fear is an emotion triggered by a perceived threat or danger, which results in physiological and behavioral changes such as mounting an aggressive response or fleeing the threat. Fear can arise in humans as a result of a current stimulus or as a result of anticipating or anticipating a future threat perceived as a risk to oneself. The fight-or-flight response, which can result in a freeze response or paralysis in extreme cases of fear (horror and terror), is triggered by the perception of danger, leading to confrontation with or escape from/avoiding the threat (also known as the fight-or-flight response).
The process of cognition and learning modulates fear in humans and other animals. Fear is thus classified as rational or appropriate, as well as irrational or inappropriate. A phobia is a fear that is irrational.
